Resilience Constellation and EcoOnline have developed a set of tailored solutions combining software, datasets and expertise for the agri-food and other land use sectors, to address key measurement and reporting challenges.

FLAG emissions reporting
Generic solutions struggle to address the wide range of farm types, locations and processes including tillage, crop residue management, agroforestry systems, fertilisers, removals into different pools.
Resilience+ Solution
We have developed question structures for a wide range of systems in multiple countries, covering all GHGs, emissions and removals. These are integrated to the EcoOnline GHG accounting platform, which provides scalability, data management and auditability across the enterprise or portfolio.
Climate Risk & Resilience
Existing solutions offer coarse, long-term indicators of future climate perils, with little information on how to adapt incrementally and effectively to address current issues. Top down climate risk analyses don’t provide the detail needed by land based businesses now.
Resilience+ Solution
Our processes go beyond indicators of future climate risk, to measure exposure, sensitivity, adaptability and transformability of farm businesses in the face of different climate related hazards over time. Providing specific recommendations to improve resilience and an objective Resilience Rating to measure resilience over time.
Deforestation and Biodiversity
Existing solutions are at an early stage, requiring manual integration and data collection processes. EUDR compliance systems are challenging in several commodity chains.
Resilience+ Solution
We are able to integrate geospatial data collection and management systems to provide efficient monitoring and reporting for EUDR and ESRS4 compliance. We can leverage high fidelity land use and land use change datasets and cutting edge satellite data feeds.
Social Development Impacts
SD activities expected from the agri-sector are varied and there is limited standardisation.

We can rapidly integrate a wide range of SD and ESG metrics into the EcoOnline platform to allow effective data collection and progress monitoring across an enterprise working in multiple locations.

Technology

Satellite based earth observation is a powerful tool to monitor and assess conditions in agricultural systems, forests and water resources.
Through our contract with ESA on the VOLT mission we will access the next generation of high resolution hyperspectral imagery in addition to mainstay sources of data such as the Sentinels and climate monitoring networks.
We are currently working with several technology partners as part of a European Space Agency (ESA) project to advance the use of satellite based remote sensing in relation to climate related hazards and adaptive or transformative resilience.
The ESA – VOLT consortium is pioneering the next generation of smart earth observing satellite technologies, capable of generating and communicating insights for specific target areas on the fly, without the need to download large image files via ground stations.
The VOLT Satellite being built in Scotland is scheduled to launch in 2026, with a smart, taskable hyperspectral EO payload.
Resilience Constellation is working with satellite engineers at Craft Prospect to give users access to pre-processed satellite imagery for decision-making in their areas of interest.
